About This Seminar

Expand your mastery of Trigger Point Acupuncture with Foundations 2 — a hands-on, clinically rich continuing education course focused on the torso and upper limbs. This seminar takes you deeper into the body, bridging the gap between musculoskeletal pain and internal disharmony.

In Foundations 2, you will:

Master trigger points of the chest and anterior torso — including pectorals, intercostals, and abdominals, and their relationship to breathing, digestion, and cardiac referral patterns.

Address the shoulder girdle in depth — with precise needling of rotator cuff muscles, serratus anterior, and subscapularis — key players in shoulder dysfunction and frozen shoulder.

Treat the upper limbs — targeting forearm, wrist, and hand muscles responsible for repetitive strain injuries, carpal tunnel-like symptoms, and tennis/golfer’s elbow.

Integrate internal medicine perspectives — linking musculoskeletal trigger points to organ system imbalances through the lens of Chinese medicine.

Refine your palpation skills — identifying active vs. latent trigger points and developing clinical intuition for treatment sequencing.

Prerequisite: Foundations 1 or equivalent clinical experience with trigger point acupuncture.
